Education pricing, just like at Apple. Online.
You get the same education prices from us as in the Apple Education Store.
On Mac, iPad and eligible accessories, you’ll see the education price in the shop as soon as you’re unlocked.
How much you save is then shown on every product: your education price, next to the regular one.
Stop 3 · Proof
How the proof works.
- Choose what your proof is for and upload it (photo or PDF).
- Right after that, you’ll see education prices in the shop and can order.
- We check your proof. Once we confirm your order, the education price is binding.
- If your proof isn’t accepted, you pay the difference to the regular price – or we cancel the order free of charge.
You do this in My CompuMac. The unlock is valid for 12 months.

Yes. Teachers and staff of an educational institution get education pricing from us. Your staff ID or a certificate from your school, university or institution counts as proof.

As at Apple, the education price applies to a limited quantity per category within 12 months (for example, one Mac, one iPad). We charge any additional units at the regular price – you’ll see this before you pay.

Which proof?
Which proof counts?
- University students: certificate of enrollment or student ID showing the current semester
- School students aged 16 and over, and apprentices: student ID or school certificate; for apprentices, the training contract or vocational school ID
- Teachers and staff: staff ID or a certificate from the school, university or institution
- Parents: your child’s certificate of enrollment
As a photo or PDF. Clearly legible: name, institution and validity.

How do I order at the education price?
Add your device to the cart. There you’ll find the button “Order at the education price”. You pay securely in the next step, in the Shopify checkout. Education orders ship free of charge.

How long does the unlock last?
The unlock is valid for 12 months. Once it has expired, upload a current proof – and education pricing applies again.

Not accepted?
What if my proof isn’t accepted?
If your proof isn’t accepted, you pay the difference to the regular price – or we cancel the order free of charge. You can upload a new proof.

My data
What happens to my proof?
Your proof is encrypted in your browser; only we in Friedrichshafen can open it. Photos are resized and saved again first, without location or camera data. After our check we delete the proof again; only the result is kept.
