From Lindau to CompuMac: you’ll find our own workshop and store at Werastraße 42 in Friedrichshafen. There’s free parking right behind the store. You’re welcome without an appointment, too; if you want a specific time, we recommend booking online.

By arrangement, you can also send us your device. We’ll agree on safe packaging, shipping both ways, and the costs with you before you send it off.

Talk directly to the technical team: diagnosis, repair proposal, and costs explained clearly. Genuine Apple parts and qualified service to the manufacturer’s specifications.

You’re booking the device drop-off. Booking is free. We’ll agree the repair cost and completion with you after the check. You can change or cancel your appointment via the confirmation email.
Not nearby? Send in your device – register online and send it by post. We cover the return shipping.
