We’re the neighbors across the street. The street just happens to be a lake. We look after Apple customers from Konstanz at our workshop in Friedrichshafen. Before you set off, we’ll sort out what you need and find the right appointment.

How you get across is up to you. Where you land, we already know.
From Konstanz to CompuMac: you’ll find our own workshop and store at Werastraße 42 in Friedrichshafen. There’s free parking right behind the store. You’re welcome without an appointment, too; if you want a specific time, we recommend booking online.

Your device can make the crossing without you.
By arrangement, you can also send us your device. We’ll agree on safe packaging, shipping both ways, and the costs with you before you send it off.

Shouting across the lake won’t get you far. A phone call will.
Talk directly to the technical team: diagnosis, repair proposal, and costs explained clearly. Genuine Apple parts and qualified service to the manufacturer’s specifications.

You’re booking the device drop-off. Booking is free. We’ll agree the repair cost and completion with you after the check. You can change or cancel your appointment via the confirmation email.
Not nearby? Send in your device – register online and send it by post. We cover the return shipping.

Pay by invoice or in installments at checkout: for orders in the online store, simply choose Klarna.
