Tech

IT Technician with a Windows focus (m/f/d)

Part-time or full-time In the store, via remote support, and on site Career changers welcome

You know your way around the Windows world and want to go deeper into Apple and modern business IT as well? Then this could be a pretty good fit.

What you’ll do

  • Look after Windows and Apple systems for private and business customers
  • Find and fix hardware and software problems
  • Set up and maintain networks, firewalls, and backups
  • Technical support in-house, via remote support, or on site at the customer
  • Work on IT projects

What you should bring

  • Good Windows and general IT skills
  • An independent, structured way of working
  • A friendly manner with customers
  • A desire to learn new things
  • Classic IT training is helpful, but not a requirement

A DAY WITH US

Four places where we work.

In the store, via remote support, and at the customer’s: this is what our tech work actually looks like.

    At the counter

    This is where people arrive with their devices and questions. We listen and explain clearly what the options are.

    This is where we find and fix hardware and software problems – on Apple devices and on Windows systems.

    Via remote support

    Technical support works remotely too – for private and business customers.

    We set up networks, firewalls, and backups on site and look after them.

WHO WE ARE

In Friedrichshafen since 1990. And this is us.

We combine Apple sales, advice, repair, and IT support – for private customers and businesses.

Todi works alongside the team.

Todi runs CompuMac. And is right there in the store, working on devices and talking with customers.

Coffee is part of it.

Sometimes we simply have a coffee with our customers. A question can turn into a conversation – even one that goes beyond the purchase.
