Device protection is a separate contract alongside your purchase from us; your statutory rights against us in case of defects remain unchanged.
Your right of withdrawal
WERTGARANTIE SE informs you about your right of withdrawal for the insurance contract in its contract information.

    CompuMac is a WERTGARANTIE repair partner (“Werkstattpartner”). We take a look at your device and help you report the damage. That also applies if you didn’t buy your device from us but it’s insured with WERTGARANTIE.

  3. Your contract applies.

    You report the damage to WERTGARANTIE SE as described in your contract documents. We’re happy to help you with that.
