    Choose device and condition – you’ll see straight away what range we buy at.

  2. Bring it in

    With an appointment or simply during opening hours at Werastraße 42 in Friedrichshafen.

  3. Get your amount

    We check the device together with you and tell you the exact amount. We’ll settle payout or store credit in the shop.

Before you come

  • Back up your device – to iCloud or your computer.
  • Turn off Find My and sign out of your Apple Account.
  • Please bring your ID, plus the charging cable, accessories and original box if you still have them.

Frequently asked questions

Where do the guide values come from?

We base them on current market values and work out our range from those. We update the values every day.

My device isn’t on the list.

Call us or just bring it in. We’ll take a look and tell you what we can pay.

How do I get paid?

We’ll settle payout or store credit with you in the shop.

What happens to the data on my device?

Back it up first. Before we resell a device, we reset it – which erases all data on it.

Can I hand in an old or broken Apple device with no residual value?

Yes. You can bring end-of-life Apple devices to our shop at Werastraße 42 in Friedrichshafen in person for free proper disposal, including completely broken devices with no residual value. This voluntary service does not include collection or postal returns. Any purchase or trade-in of reusable devices is offered separately after their condition and value have been assessed; handing over a device for disposal does not entitle you to payment. Please erase your data and turn off “Find My” first. Your statutory rights arising from a purchase from us, including withdrawal and defect rights, remain unaffected.
