What are you looking for?

Not quite sure yet? No problem – we’ll work it out together.

Who is the device for?

This decides which options we show you. It doesn't change the price.

What will you use it for?

Pick the most demanding one.

Hobby or work?

The more regularly you do it, the more headroom we plan in.

What do you expect from your iPhone?

This sets the price range we pick your iPhone from.

How big should your iPhone be?

Bigger shows more, smaller sits better in your hand.

How much do you have open at once?

Apps, windows, tabs.

How many photos and videos do you keep?

We mean what should live on the device itself.

On the go or at a desk?

This is how we find the right form.

What do you already have at your desk?

A Mac without its own display needs a display, keyboard and mouse.

A big screen at your desk too?

A notebook can be connected to a display.

How big should your iPad be?

Bigger shows more, smaller is easier to carry.

Online on the go – even without Wi-Fi?

With cellular, the iPad goes online by itself.

Roughly what's your budget?

The limits come from the prices in our shop. If nothing fits, we'll tell you.

How long should it last?

If you plan long-term, we add some headroom.

What the specs mean.

CPU, GPU & Neural Engine

The CPU handles general computing tasks. The GPU takes care of graphics and many parallel calculations. The Neural Engine speeds up supported machine-learning tasks. Which specs help you depends on your apps.

Memory

16, 24, 32, 48 GB or more: what matters are the apps running at the same time, file sizes and your future needs. On current Apple silicon Macs, the built-in memory can’t be upgraded later.

SSD storage

256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB: first look at how much space is actually used on your current device. Plan reserves for photos, projects and the years ahead. External drives and backups are part of the decision.
