Separate agreement on the period for defect claims: For this used device, a separate agreement is proposed to reduce the basic statutory limitation period for defect claims from two years to one year from delivery. The exceptions below and mandatory statutory special rules remain applicable. We only sell this device online with this agreement; without it, just get in touch.
